Suspended Overhead Crane
As part of a 40 × 24 meter industrial hangar project, we equipped the building with two suspended overhead cranes. The hangar structure, including the steel frame and crane runways, was designed from the start to safely handle the extra loads from the cranes.
Both cranes were delivered to the site mostly pre-assembled, so the on-site work focused on installation, alignment, and connection to the electrical system. Lifting operations were carried out using a 5-ton hoist attached to the roof structure, which had been specifically engineered to support the additional load from the equipment being lifted.
After installation, the cranes are fully operational, demonstrating careful planning, precise execution, and attention to safety at every stage.
